At Knitting for Olive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure that the yarn, patterns, or accessories are in their original, unused condition with all labels intact, and pack them securely in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse in Denmark.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
